I've always wanted to make a graphics site, since I started webdesigning so that all of my other designs that weren’t related to my fansites could be available for everyone. Although at the time, my layouts and graphics weren’t very good and I felt that I couldn't handle having a graphics site at the time. Recently, I have improved a little and I decided that it was time to start up my very own graphics site. The name of the site came from the song, 'Blue Light' by Bloc party. It isn't one of my favourite song but when it came to naming my graphics site, I found that it had a nice ring to it and Blue is also my favourite colour. This site was set up on the 23rd of August 2007.

Blue light is a year old now but there isn't very much history as with my busy and hectic life, I find it hard to create graphics all the time. Blue Light moved from host to host before finding a permanent home on my domain in 2007. It was originally hosted by Miaki of Anime-sin before moving to Cloud-memories.net (thanks to Kate for hosting BL) for around 2 weeks before moving to my own domain, Eternal-flight. Before Christmas, Morgan asked whether she could also help out on Blue Light with me and thus Blue Light is now staffed by Raven and Morgan.
